Their marketing had been mostly word-of-mouth, and they were not reaching cold audiences at scale. We launched two Facebook campaigns targeting users showing interest in dental care but not yet ready to book. Each ad offered value-driven content &#8211; such as smile makeover guides and patient testimonials &#8211; to build trust before pitching services.
